Dolan fitness worry for Westmeath
Westmeath manager Páidí Ó Sé has been dealt a further blow with the news that AllStar attacker Dessie Dolan may not be fit in time for the opening defence of the Lake County's Leinster crown.
Ó Sé's side take on either Wicklow or Kildare in four weeks' time and Dolan is sidelined with a knee injury.
He is expected to undergo a scan on the persistent injury, but has so far opted to avoid surgery.
Martin Flanagan, who only returned to the panel in January, decided to withdraw his services last week, while there are several other players on the treatment table at present.
