Cork boss Billy Morgan has made a number of changes from the side that drew with Offaly last time out for today's crucial National Football League visit of Dublin to Páirc Uí Rinn.

Cork boss Billy Morgan has made a number of changes from the side that drew with Offaly last time out for today's crucial National Football League visit of Dublin to Páirc Uí Rinn.

Derek Kavanagh moves from midfield to full-back, Anthony Lynch returns at centre-back, while Martin Cronin goes from full-back to left half-back. Kieran O'Connor drops down to the bench.

Skipper Sean Levis takes Kavanagh's place at midfield, while Michael Ó Croinín starts at top of the right.

Conor McCarthy moves from left half-forward to centre-forward, with Alan Cronin in McCarthy's berth from right corner-forward. Brendan Jer O'Sullivan returns to the full-forward position.

Meanwhile, ace attacker Jason Sherlock returns for the Dubs.

The star forward leads the attack, as Shane Ryan moves back to midfield to partner Ciaran Whelan.

Sherlock's inclusion is the only change from the side that defeated Donegal last time out. Darren Homan is the player to lose out.

Both sides will are looking for improving from last time out - Cork have been unable to put teams away in the opening rounds of the league, while Dublin have been unable to win their away fixtures.
