Dublin hand League start to Homan
Dublin boss Paul McCaffrey has handed Darren Homan his first start of the current campaign in the team to face Donegal in Division 1A of the National Football League today at Parnell Park.
Homan impressed on his second-half introduction last Saturday against Westmeath and retains his place to partner Ciaran Whelan at midfield.
Shane Ryan leads the attack in place of the injured Liam Og O hEineachain.
U21 players Bryan Cullen and Mark Vaughan are both included, after coming through last Thursday's Leinster U21FC win over Louth unscathed.
Meanwhile, Donegal boss Brian McEniff has named the same team that accounted for All-Ireland champions Kerry last time out.
Division leaders Tyrone host All-Ireland finalists Mayo, and the westerners have called on full-back David Heaney - who has recovered from injury.
Heaney suffered concussion during last weekend's win over Offaly and was substituted, but has recovered to retake his place. Andy Moran also retains his place, following his introduction as a substitute last weekend.
The Faithful County host Cork at O'Connor Park today and boss Kevin Kilmurray will hope they can pick up points to lift them off the bottom of the table.
Cork boss Billy Morgan has handed U21 attacking ace Fintan Gould a start for today's game.
Gould, who came off the bench last week, is chosen at full-forward, while Alan Cronin, who was also a substitute last weekend, retains his right corner-forward berth.
John Hayes and Kevin McMahon, who are in action on Easter Monday in the All-Ireland club intermediate final with Carbery Rangers, are rested.
Brendan Jer O'Sullivan moves out to lead the attack and Conor McCarthy moves to his left.
