Three changes for Offaly

Offaly manager has made three changes from the team that went down to Kerry in the last round for Sunday's trip to Tyrone in the National Football League.

Padraig Kelly features in goals, Cathal Daly replaces James Keane in defence and Joe Quinn, who came off the bench during the three-point defeat by Kerry, retains his place.
