Canning set to return for Tribesmen

Galway All Star defender Ollie Canning is expected to be fit for the Tribesmen's trip to Nolan Park next weekend to face Kilkenny in the National Hurling League.

Galway will be keen to take the scalp of the Cats, after suffering humiliation at their hands in the Championship in Thurles last year.

Canning missed last Sunday's win over Dublin after spraining a wrist during a recent challenge match against Cork, but is expected to return to his new midfield berth at the weekend.
