Full-back to miss Wexford's League campaign

Wexford full-back Darragh Ryan will know in the coming weeks if he can play any part in the Slaneysiders' All-Ireland championship campaign.

The former All Star defender is suffering from a knee cartilage injury and is to undergo surgery.

The St Anne's clubman will miss Wexford's National League campaign.

Wexford take on the winners of the Laois/Dublin clash in their opening championship game in Croke Park on June 12.
