O'Kelly tipped to take Carlow football post

Paul O'Kelly has re-emerged as the favourite to be appointed the new Carlow football manager.

O'Kelly ruled himself out of the running last month, but his position is believed to have changed in recent days.

The Edenderry man was favourite to succeed Luke Dempsey last month but denied interest in the job at the time.
