Limerick back in training

Limerick's senior hurlers returned to training last night in their bid for Munster and All-Ireland honours in 2005.

Manager Padjoe Whelahan has insisted that the Shannonsiders train three nights a week before Christmas.

Whelahan said: "It is very important to get in a good bit of work before Christmas to give yourself a decent chance of doing well in the league."
