The Galway county board has appointed a committee to come up with a successor to football boss John O'Mahony.

The Galway county board has appointed a committee to come up with a successor to football boss John O'Mahony.

Former Sligo boss and Mayo selector Peter Forde is the overwhelming favourite for the job, but the committee has been set up to conduct interviews with candidates.
