Ulster champions Down have made one change from the side that defeated Derry in the provincial final for their All-Ireland U21 hurling semi-final against Tipperary at O'Moore Park, Portlaoise on Saturday.

Left corner-forward Jamesie Fowler is on holidays and his place goes to Malacy Gilmore.
