Russell dropped from Kerry side

Mike Frank Russell has been dropped from the Kerry side to face Derry in Sunday's All-Ireland football semi-final at Croke Park.

Mike Frank Russell has been dropped from the Kerry side to face Derry in Sunday's All-Ireland football semi-final at Croke Park.

Russell has been relegated from a reshuffled attack to the bench. He is replaced by Liam Hassett, who came on in the win over Dublin, at right half-forward. Declan O'Sullivan moves to left corner-forward. Eoin Brosnan is selected at centre-forward, while Colm Cooper is deemed fit enough to take up his position at top of the right.

U21 star Paddy Kelly, who made his senior championship debut against the Dubs, loses out in midfield to William Kirby.
