Griffin swaps Clare for Canada

Clare forward Tony Griffin will not be available for the senior hurlers next year, as the Ballyea clubman is moving to Canada.

The 23-year-old will move to Nova Scotia to study sports science and could be out of the Banner hurling scene for three years.

Griffin owns a sports education company and a rehab and nutrition clinic in Ennis.
