Speculation is mounting that Wexford hurling boss John Cornan will step down following his side's 18-point All-Ireland semi-final defeat to Cork last weekend.

Despite taking the Yellowbellies to their first Leinster title in seven years, it is thought the Rathnure clubman will not continue in the job.

It is also expected that midfielder Adrian Fenlon and veteran forward Larry Murphy will announce their retirement.
