Heaney a worry for Mayo

Mayo full-back David Heaney is an injury doubt ahead of Sunday's All-Ireland SFC semi-final with Fermanagh at Croke Park.

The defender suffered an ankle injury in the Westerners' quarter-final win over All-Ireland champions Tyrone and has not trained since.

Declan Sweeney, who came on in that position against the Red Hands, is favourite to get the nod should Heaney be ruled out completely.

Mayo boss John Maughan also has injury worries surrounding Peader Gardiner, David Brady, Ronan McGarrity and James Gill, but it is thought they will be fit to play.
