Cats and Clare clash set for Saturday

The All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship quarter-final replay between Kilkenny and Clare will take place on Saturday.

Semple Stadium in Thurles will host the clash, which will throw in at 4.15pm. Should the game end in a draw, there will be two periods of extra-time of 10 minutes each.

The match will be broadcast live on television.

The winner of the tie will go on to play Munster champions Waterford in the semi-final on August 8.

On August 15 meanwhile Cork will take on Wexford in the other semi-final.
