Westmeath star O'Connell to appeal sentence

Westmeath's star midfielder Rory O'Connell has revealed he'll appeal against the three-month ban that threatens to wreck his summer.

O'Connell was sent off for the Lakes County against Offaly in the Leinster SFC first round and missed Sunday's historic win over Dublin.
