Coffey back in Wicklow fold for Meath tie

Wicklow's prodigal son Ronan Coffey is back in the county team after a protracted absence and will face Meath in the Leinster SFC on Sunday.

Coffey opted to remove himself from the county panel under John O'Leary, who succeeded his father Moses in the position up until last year.

Injury has also been against the Rathnew player but new boss Hugh Kenny names him in a strong team that includes stars like Brendan Ó hAnnaidh, Tommy Gill and Wayne O'Gorman.

Wicklow (SFC v Meath): R Hollingsworth; C Hyland, S Cushe, T Burke; C Davis; S Byrne, A Foley; B Sheehan, B Ó hAnnaidh; T Harney, R Coffey, A Ellis; T Gill, T Hannon, W O'Gorman.
