McManus says there's no secret to success
Offaly skipper Ciarán McManus says the county's inspired run to Sunday's NFL Division Two final is built on a total football regime.
The Tubber man has been impressed by new boss Gerry Fahey who focuses almost solely on ball-work with his players.
Speaking at the Allianz Headquarters in Dublin, McManus said: "There'd be 30 lads in training and 30 footballs to train with. There's no secret to what we're doing. It's just playing football the way it should be."
