League finalists Down get Croke Park run-out

Down star Benny Coulter this afternoon praised the decision to allow the Mourne County a practice session at Croke Park last Saturday.

Down face Offaly at Headquarters in next Sunday's Division Two league final and Coulter, speaking at today's official launch of the finals, is delighted about the prospect.

Coulter said: "We had a run-out and a practice session at Croke Park and it was great. Only Greg McCartan has played there at senior level so it was a very valuable experience."
