Wexford boss Conran plays down crisis talk
Wexford hurling manager John Conran has moved quickly to dispel rumours of a crisis in the camp following Darren Stamp's decision to quit the panel.
Stamp apparently quit in defiance of his non selection, the bombshell coming hot on the heels of the withdrawal of Robbie Codd along with the retirements of Liam Dunne and Larry O'Gorman.
Conran said: "We're a happy group and I'm not disappointed with how things are shaping up. We're gelling together very well and we're getting through good training sessions."
