John O'Keefe's successor as Ireland's International Rules boss is set to be named by the end of the month.

Speculation is rife that Kerry legend and current Laois boss Mick O'Dwyer will take over the role ahead of this year's games at Croke Park.

GAA President Sean Kelly said: "It will be the end of the month hopefully. I would like to get the position clarified before Congress."
