Meath star Fay set for return to full-back role

Meath football star Darren Fay is set to return to his usual full-back position for the Royal County's National League opener against Galway on Sunday.

Former AllStar Fay returned from an ankle injury mid way through January and lined out against Westmeath and Offaly in an unaccustomed midfield role.

However, boss Sean Boylan said: "Anthony Moyles is suspended for the Galway's game so the obvious thing would be to move Darren back to the defence."
