Cahill on course for Brigid's return
Dublin county defender Barry Cahill wants to return to the club scene in time for St Brigid's All-Ireland semi-final clash with An Ghaeltacht next month.
Corner-back Cahill suffered an agonising cruciate knee setback last year similar to club and county colleague Peadar Andrews but is almost back to full fitness.
Cahill said: "I'm back doing full training now and hopefully I'll get 10 or 15 minutes of a runout against Louth in a challenge game at the weekend. I should be available for selection for the semi-final."
