Guiney won't turn his back on Wexford

Dave Guiney has promised not to turn his back on Wexford hurling despite snubbing the county's trip away to San Francisco because partners and wives weren't allowed to come.

Guiney, 33, took the courageous stance to turn his back on the free trip because he felt the GAA wasn't acknowledging the role of wives and girlfriends in players' careers.
