Dublin GAA chiefs have confirmed that the Blues' National Football League opener with All-Ireland champions Tyrone will be played at Parnell Park - and not Croke Park as suggested.

Dublin GAA chiefs have confirmed that the Blues' National Football League opener with All-Ireland champions Tyrone will be played at Parnell Park - and not Croke Park as suggested.

Last year's NFL opener paired up Dublin with then champs Armagh and nearly 55,000 crammed into Croke Park for the repeat of the previous year's All-Ireland semi-final.

However, Dublin official John Costello has announced that the Tyrone test will be played at Parnell Park meaning a definite full house for the Donneycarney venue.
