Dublin chiefs to thrash out dual player issue

Dublin hurling boss Humphrey Kelleher has confirmed that he'll sit down in the coming weeks to thrash out the dual player issue with hardline football manager Tommy Lyons.

Both Shane Ryan and Conal Keaney played in the hurling and football Blustars challenge games on Sunday, prompting speculation that they'll look to balance both codes in 2004.

Lyons is against the idea but Kelleher said: "We'll both sit down in the next week or so and talk about it.

"Nothing has been decided at the moment but I certainly would love to have the lads on board."
