Dub star O'Mahony sweating on red card decision

Young Dublin football star Declan O'Mahony faces a nervous wait after being sent off during Sunday's narrow win over The Underdogs at Parnell Park.

O'Mahony, who picked up an All-Ireland U-21 medal last season, received his second dismissal in as many months and was only allowed play because it's the off season.

A GAC insider said: "It is likely that it will be deemed an inter-county match, in which case he will be banned for both club and county when the new season begins in February."
