Sports Minister urges GAA to open Croke Park

Sports Minister John O'Donoghue has urged GAA chiefs to pass a controversial motion which would see the power to open up Croke Park passed over to the Government at April's annual Congress.

The Government is coming under increasing pressure to give a definitive response on the national stadium issue and opening up Croke Park would solve a big problem.
