Armagh chiefs disappointed at funds cut

Armagh GAA chiefs will raise the issue of a funding cut from the Northern Ireland Office at their upcoming county convention on Sunday week.

Funding to a number of sports organisations has been put on ice because of alleged irregularities pertaining to seven soccer clubs which has affected redevlopment work on the Orchard's Athletic Grounds.

An Orchard official said: "The good guys are being frozen out as well as the bad guys."
