McConville to miss NFL campaign

Armagh star Oisín McConville looks set to miss the entire National League campaign after going under the knife to cure a longstanding back injury.

The influential half-forward flew out to England last weekend and had the injury operated on, leaving boss Joe Kernan without the talented Crossmaglen man for the early part of 2004.
