McEntee fights pain barrier to play for Crossmaglen

Armagh star John McEntee has been advised to rest up for six months - but he is expected to defy doctors' orders and line out for Crossmaglen on Sunday.

The eigth-in-a-row Armagh champs face Tyrone's Killyclogher in the Ulster club SFC and boss Michael McConville reckons that McEntee will play through the pain barrier with a pelvic injury.

McConville said: "John will probably rest now but don't be surprised if you see him out there next Sunday. The decision is John's. I know the situation and I'm happy to go with that."
