All-Ireland winning Tyrone star Owen Mulligan has shrugged off remarks made by Gay Byrne about him.

In his newspaper column Byrne described the blond corner-forward as "a troublesome scamp" who "never stopped pushing, shoving, needling, elbowing and generally getting into the hair of his unfortunate marker" during the final.
