Hayes admits Leinster disappointment

Galway hurling boss Conor Hayes has revealed the intense disappointment of his players following the county hurling board's unanimous vote against joining the Leinster championship.

Hayes admitted he was behind the ground breaking drive to up sticks and join the likes of Wexford and All-Ireland champions Kilkenny in Leinster before it was voted down by the hurling board.
