Lyons set to commit to Clare
Clare hurling boss Cyril Lyons has hinted that he may stay on in the Banner hot seat despite a less than successful year for the Munster stronghold.
Lyons guided Clare to the All-Ireland final in 2002 but this year they suffered championship losses to Cork and Galway which ultimately ended their summer run.
Lyons said: "I am opened minded about it. It hasn't been discussed.
"I suppose I will meet with the county board officials and the players over the coming weeks and see how things progress.
"One way or another, I have not made my mind up."
