International Rules opener sold out

The GAA this afternoon confirmed that the International Rules test opener on October 24 in Australia is already a sell out.

A 43,000 attendance is anticipated at the Subiaco Bowl in Perth with the series climaxing at the MCG in Melbourne seven days later.

Ireland boss John O’Keeffe will announce his Rules squad early next month, which will depart on Saturday, October 18 and return on Friday, November 7.
