Cahill always confident of victory

Antrim hurling boss Dinny Cahill has revealed he was always confident of victory in the Div 2 league final at Croke Park - despite a real Kerry comeback.

Kerry actually outscored the Saffrons in the second-half but Cahill said: "When we needed to dig deep we did so and we got the goals at the right times.

"I always felt the game was there for us despite the fact that Kerry made it hugely difficult for us."
