Limerick refused Croke Park session

The Limerick footballers have been refused a training session at Croke Park ahead of their league final meeting with Westmeath on Sunday week.

A Limerick team hasn't played at the venue since 1972 but GAA chiefs refused permission nevertheless to preserve the playing surface.
