Former Cat named as Tipperary sub

Former Kilkenny captain Denis Byrne has been included in this weekend's Tipperary squad to face Galway in the National Hurling League.

Byrne had been rumoured to be on the verge of a call up after shifting his county allegiances and joins the squad along with veteran John Leahy.
