Mayo quell rumours with McDonald selection

Star forward Kieran McDonald has been selected at centre-forward for Mayo for Sunday's NFL clash with Fermanagh.

Boss John Maughan had laughed off rumours that McDonald was to retire and his selection of the Crossmolina star ends the talk.

Elsewhere, McDonald's club-mate James Nallen mans the full-back slot.
