Charlie Carter will savour every bit of the moment when he leads Kilkenny out for the very first time as captain on Sunday.

Carter spent last summer playing catch up after an early ankle injury that confined him to a substitute¹s role and has now bounced back from flu this year to finally lead out the Cats against Clare in the NHL.
