Carr feels Lyons' pain in Dubs hotseat

Former Dublin boss Tommy Carr can pile on the pressure for current Blues boss Tommy Lyons but insists he really does feel for his colleague.

Carr was ousted as Dubs boss in late 2001 but as Roscommon boss he can make it three losses from three for Dublin when they meet next time out at Parnell Park in the NFL.

Carr said: "Like Tommy Lyons I was very tempted to do or say something nearly every time I got abuse from fans - but you just have to try and concentrate on what you're doing."
