Cavan star out for six weeks

Cavan full-forward Jason Reilly will miss at least six weeks of football action following a painful knee injury.

The blond bomber tore ligaments in his knee during Cavan's NFL tie with Fermanagh recently.

He said: "I hope to regain full fitness before the end of the NFL but the doctors and physios have told me that I'll be out for six weeks, which is not what I wanted to hear."
