Delaney to propose championship revamp

Leinster chairman Michael Delaney is set to propose that Carlow, Kildare, Laois, Meath, Westmeath and Wicklow opt out of this year's Leinster Senior Hurling Championship.

The radical plan will be included in Delaney's annual report put forward at next week's meeting of the Leinster council.
