Dunloy on for Mount Sion shock

Dunloy of Antrim could be on for a shock as they lead Mount Sion of Waterford at half-time in the club hurling championship semi-finals at Mullingar.

Liam Richmond got the Northerners off the mark inside the first minute. Gregory O'Kane and Conor Cunningham added further scores for the minnows.

However, Paddy Richmond shot to the net after good build-up work and added a further point a minute later.

Mount Sion added a goal through Michael White deep into injury-time.

Meanwhile, in the other semi-final Brian Whelehan lines out for Birr of Offaly as they take on Athenry of Galway in Ennis.
