Mulgrew replaces O'Neill for Tyrone

Stephen O'Neill is out of Sunday's NFL Div 1A clash with Dublin at Parnell Park following a painful elbow injury.

The 2001 AllStar was injured in the game against Galway and boss Mickey Harte has replaced him with Seamus Mulgrew.
