Westmeath's Conway out for NFL season

Westmeath star Paul Conway will be out for the rest of the NFL campaign following a painful leg break last weekend.

The influential forward picked up the injury against Leitrim following an accidental clash with an opponent.

Meanwhile, boss Luke Dempsey is fearing for midfielder David O'Shaughnessy too who will have a scan tomorrow on his injured knee while ace forward Ger Heavin is out for the season with a back injury.
