Kehoe released as Dubs selector

Nicky Kehoe has been released as selector as the Dublin hurling team following a bizarre numbers mix-up.

County boss Marty Morris was forced to let northsider Kehoe go after it emerged that he already had three selectors, Mick O'Riordan, Tommy Ryan and Sean Beakey.

Morris wanted Beakey to act as a trainer but apparently his position is viewed not as trainer but as selector by the county board pushing Kehoe out of the equation.
