Offaly boss introduces three year plan
New Offaly boss Paul O'Kelly has put in place a three year plan to bring success back to the Faithful county.
O' Kelly, who'll take charge of Offaly against Wexford in the O'Byrne Cup on Sunday, plans to guide youngsters along with personal tuition from the age of 17 upwards.
He said: "Over the next three years we would expect to bring through six to eight new players into the senior ranks. That is the most important aspect of our job".
