Kilkenny's Dunphy backs opening of Croker
Kilkenny county board secretary Pat Dunphy has pleaded with the GAA to make Croke Park "pay for itself" by opening it up to other sports.
He said: "We are still spending money on Croke Park and will continue to do so in 2003. You wonder, why spend so much money on a stadium that will only open its doors for six months of the year?"
