Lyons lashes GAC fines
All-Ireland champions Armagh have been hit with a considerable fine for €8,120 by the GAC for "match day irregularities".
The fines are linked to indiscretions such as lengthy half-time stoppages, pitch incursions by management teams as well as other minor infringements.
In total the GAC has handed out a total of €88,170 in fines, but Dublin boss Tommy Lyons has slammed the move.
He said: "Fining counties for minor breaches of match day regulations is the greatest load of codology I have ever come across."
